Soul Survivor. A large number of our Youth went to Soul Survivor this year, which was entitled 'Be Changed'. It must surely have been one of the muddiest on record! Apart from the challenges posed by the weather, tents without poles and brief visits to the local A & E department an excellent time was had by all. 4 of the young people gave their lives to Jesus and all returned home refreshed, challenged and looking forward to next year. We will post details of the dates, times and plans for next year's Soul Survivor over the coming months so that you have plenty of time to book in. More Workshops Planned for the Autumn/Winter. Mike is planning some more workshops over the coming months aimed at young people, parents and those with a heart for the young people. Some of the topics to be looked at are 'The Challenges Youth Workers Face', 'Drugs, Alcohol & Violence', 'Self Harm and Depression' and 'How Does Youth Work Fit into the Christian Life'.
